Businesses, authorized account administrators, and people whose information was processed through Lead Dominator may request deletion where applicable. RMD Solutions LLC will verify the requester before acting.
Instructions For Lead Dominator Accounts, Leads, And Connected Platforms
Send A Deletion Request
Email support@getleaddominator.com with the subject Lead Dominator Data Deletion Request. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment-card information, or government identification unless our support team requests an approved verification method.
What To Include
- Your name and the email address or phone number associated with the request.
- The business or Lead Dominator account involved, if known.
- The lead source or connected platform involved and the approximate date of the interaction.
- Whether you want a specific record deleted or are requesting deletion of an entire account.
Facebook And Instagram Lead Ads
If the request concerns a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad connected to Lead Dominator, include the business Page and lead-form name if known. Never email a Facebook password, Page access token, app secret, or Business Manager credential.
What Happens Next
We will verify identity and authority, locate the applicable records, and delete or de-identify information that is not required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, consent, opt-out, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will confirm the outcome using the verified contact method.
Account Administrators
Authorized business account administrators can also submit privacy and deletion requests from Lead Dominator Settings. Deleting a provider connection does not automatically delete information that must be retained for billing integrity, consent evidence, security, or legal obligations.
